Proslab / Partial frameworks

3D printed partial dentures

Digital design meets metal additive manufacturing. Our partial frameworks bring together CAD planning, Renishaw laser printing and careful finishing in our Melbourne laboratory.

A digital path from scan to framework

A removable partial denture begins with the relationship between the framework and the patient’s existing dentition. Our technicians use the digital model to plan the framework before manufacturing.

  • Digital planning

Scan geometry informs the framework design, including connectors, clasp positions and the path of insertion.

  • Metal additive manufacturing

The digital design moves into Renishaw powder-bed fusion, building the metal framework layer by layer.

  • Finishing and model checks

Our Melbourne technicians finish the framework and check its seating on the working model before dispatch.
